Form a Colorado LLC - 7 Steps to Launching

Step 2: Consultation with a licensed Colorado Business Attorney
A licensed Colorado Business Attorney will contact you either by phone or email (your preference) to discuss your particular situation and review the Online Questionnaire. Telephone consultations are scheduled between 9:00am and 5:00pm MST, Monday thru Friday.
Step 3: Articles of Organization Filed
We file your CO LLC Articles of Organization with the Colorado Secretary of State.
Step 4: Attorney Prepares Your LLC Operating Agreement
A licensed Colorado Business Attorney prepares your LLC Operating Agreement and e-mails you a draft for your approval.
Step 5: LLC Documents Provided to You
The Articles of Organization are e-mailed to you. The Operating Agreement (once it is approved) and LLC Post Formation Guide are e-mailed to you as well.
Step 6: Sign the CO LLC Documents
